any person may inform the Commission of possible irregularities, breaches or behaviors produced in the framework of the activities of Nomad Solar Energy and contrary to the current legal framework, Code of Conduct and/or the ethical values of the Group.

It is strictly prohibited to communications made knowing it to be false or with
reckless disregard for the truth, as well as those related to information obtained in a manner
unlawful. The protection of the informant shall not be applicable in these cases and the respondent will be subject to disciplinary action and, if applicable, to the responsibilities of the administrative, criminal and/or civil under the applicable rules.

This channel is NOT a service of the emergency. You should not use this site to report events that
pose an imminent risk to life or property.
