Madrid, may 19, 2025 – NOMAD Solar Energy and AMPER have signed an agreement to lay the foundations for the development of an avant-garde integrated solution that will merge the advanced technology solar mobileof NOMAD with the experience of AMPER in electrical solutions, including storage systems, power electronics, and systems SCADA Master-EMS for the intelligent management of energy. This strategic collaboration will ensure the provision of electrical systems robust to guarantee the continuous supply in units deployed in defence and will be particularly relevant to other high-value markets.
This agreement is born of mutual recognition of the existing synergies between the two companies, whose technological capabilities, experience, and positioning are complementary and can generate significant opportunities for collaboration.
