Quality policy

NOMAD SOLAR ENERGY S. L is a company created with the idea of offering their customers a service of the direction and management of projects oriented to the development and manufacture of industrial products.

Aware of our organizational context, the needs of our customers and the importance they grant to the quality of our service, the Address of the NOMAD has decided to implement a Quality Policy aimed at the establishment of a dynamic relationship and direct with our clients, and assuming that the commitment and the responsibility to meet their highest expectations. We are convinced that this is the best way to also meet the expectations of NOMAD, as expressed in its Mission.

To achieve this, the Address has endowed the company with a System of Quality Management that governs all of his operation, which is maintained and continuously improved with the effort, leadership and commitment of all workers. This Quality System is modeled in the international standard UNE-en-ISO 9001:2015 for the Direction and management of projects oriented to the development and manufacture of industrial products.

The Quality Policy of NOMAD is based on three fundamental pillars:

We think that the only way to achieve the goals we have set ourselves is to get our clients also achieve. We propose, therefore, to convince our customers with evidence that with NOMAD have chosen the best option, which will only come with the commitment and the responsibility to comply with all the requirements that apply to both the customers as the legal and regulatory.

WORKERS

NOMAD is what are their workers. It is the sum of his experience, his effort, his commitment, awareness, leadership, and responsibility. The Address, at the front of the computer, will make every effort to facilitate the training, technical resources and appropriate infrastructure for the development of their work. Will, in addition, their participation to the definition and improvement of the different processes of the System in which they are involved.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

The Address of the NOMAD has taken the commitment to improve its System of Quality Management continuously evaluating its operation, the conditions of the environment, and making the changes necessary to improve their performance.

Additionally, NOMAD expresses its commitment to the policy of equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, as well as the development of measures to achieve real equality within our organization.

NOMAD manifests itself in addition to its commitment to the care and respect of the environment, by applying internal policies that are conducive to the protection of the same.

Finally, the management is committed to supporting the System and to provide them with the means necessary for optimal functioning and for the achievement of the defined objectives, which can only be achieved with the effort, commitment and responsibility of all the people that make NOMAD.
