The mástalentosenior alliance, formed by the efr initiative of Fundación Másfamilia, the Máshumano Foundation and AXIS&WITH, organised a key event to discuss the challenges and opportunities of managing senior talent in companies, to highlight the value of generational diversity in the labour market and to recognise companies committed to 50+ talent. This initiative promotes a shift in workplace mindset: making the most of the accumulated knowledge of senior professionals, fostering intergenerational collaboration and encouraging continuous training as the basis for a more humane and balanced future of work.
The recognition of these organisations —pioneers in managing generational diversity, acknowledged for their commitment to inclusion, knowledge transfer and the sustainability of talent at all professional stages— was celebrated at an event held in the Dome of EY.

The event, entitled “The future is written with experience: senior + AI”, began with the presentation “SeniorIA: the role of senior talent in the era of Augmented Intelligence” by Juan Carlos Cubeiro, writer, consultant and president of the About my Brain Institute, who stressed the importance of combining human wisdom and technology as a driver of responsible innovation.
Macamen Tejera Gimeno, Deputy Minister of Economy and Employment of the Community of Madrid, was tasked with closing the event. She stressed the importance of promoting government policies and the business value of generational diversity, and expressed her support for this initiative, which aims to eradicate ageism in business.
This meeting established itself as a unique opportunity to learn, connect and build a new talent management model together, where experience and technology combine to generate value and sustainability.
